How do I purchase excursions and onboard extras like WiFi and drink packages?
As soon as your payment is applied to your booking, you can access your reservation directly through your account on the cruise line's website. Excursions, drink packages, specialty dining, and any other extras are purchased directly through them. You're not waiting on Jen or Joel to handle any of that, although we can answer your questions and give you advice.

Can I apply a Future Cruise Credit or a voucher I purchased on my last cruise?
If you have a Future Cruise Credit or purchased a voucher while on a previous cruise, those can't be applied to an online booking. But you can still use either or both and take advantage of the perks you'd get booking with Jen and Joel. Just call Joel at 833-483-6669 and I'll handle it.
